Our Return Policy

• Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items. Clear photo evidence must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind, style preference, or sizing.
• Sizing concerns? As a courtesy, sizing issues may be eligible for store credit at our discretion, redeemable on any future NazKar Luxe purchase.
• Final sale — all jewelry and lip products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• All eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
