At NazKar Luxe, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every item we offer and want you to love your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Free of perfume, makeup, or any signs of use
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimates, swimwear, and pierced jewelry
  • Beauty and skincare products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized orders

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at nazkarluxe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nazkarluxe@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right promptly.
