How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times vary by location.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship internationally to most countries.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Visit our Track Order page anytime.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

What items are final sale?
The following items cannot be returned: intimates, swimwear, pierced jewelry, beauty and skincare products, sale or discounted items, and custom or personalized orders.

How do I start a return?
Email us at nazkarluxe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nazkarluxe@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right promptly.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
